Program Director of Early Childhood Education
The Director of Early Childhood Education reports to the Executive Director of Youth Empowerment and is responsible for the overall management and operation of the Children's Learning Center. The Director will ensure that the center provides a high-quality early childhood education experience that aligns with NAEYC and NYS OCFS regulations, while also fostering an anti-bias learning environment in line with the YWCA's mission.
Awakenings Clinical Case Manager
We seek a Clinical Case Manager who is responsible for providing clinical services to women with substance use and justice involvement. Te Clinical Case Manager is also responsible for outreach to seek referrals (e.g., correctional facilities, shelters, courts, etc.) across Westchester County.
Gymnastics Invitational Coach
The YWCA White Plains & Central Westchester is looking to hire for our Gymnastics Invitational Coach. Competitive and Invitational Coaches provide leadership, instruction, and motivation to members of the Invitational and Competitive Teams. Demonstrates and promotes healthy and active living. Must support and extend the mission of the YWCA.
Human Resources Assistant
This position assists with the administration of the human resources department's day-to-day operations, including personnel processing and benefit administration. It ensures the efficient delivery of HR processes and the accuracy of employee data records. The position works with other departments, particularly payroll, throughout the organization, providing a customer-focused and effective HR support service to align with program goals and objectives.
Human Resources Generalist
The HR Generalist will help drive the implementation of the organization’s strategic goals by leading and developing plans for staff recruitment and retention, organizational culture, and leadership and professional development, as well as ensuring efficient administrative HR functions and HR workflows. The Generalist will have specific experience in regulatory compliance, health and other employee benefits, insurance policies, and payroll administration and will create, review, and update all core human resource documents. This position reports to the CEO and is a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
