Quality, Affordable Child Care
We are proud to offer White Plains and Westchester County parents a great value in convenient, high-quality, accredited childcare and early learning.
Embedded Enrichment Programming:
Our program includes embedded enrichment experiences beginning with our youngest scholars! Gymnastics, Swimming, Music, and Soccer!
Preschool Programs:
Play-based learning experiences using The Creative Curriculum system, emphasizing discovery and curiosity and focused on the individual child!
Infant Care:
Providing safe, nurturing care so our youngest children feel safe, supported, and loved!
Tuition:
Infants - $2516.00 per month (8 weeks - 18 months old)
Toddlers - $2450.00 per month (18 months - 2.11 years old)
Preschool - $2360.00 per month (3-4 years old)
Contract Cancellation:
Families canceling a 12-month contract for July and August after 60 days from the start of the school year must pay the difference between 12- and 10-month pricing. Early cancellation also voids guaranteed re-enrollment for the following fall.
Late Pick-Up Policy:
A fee of $10 per minute will be charged after a 10-minute grace period.
Subsidized Families:
Effective Fall 2025, families receiving DSS childcare subsidies are responsible for paying any remaining tuition balance not covered by their DSS subsidy.
Membership:
Membership & Enrollment: A current YWCA membership valid through August 31, 2026, and a 2-week deposit are required upon registration. Deposits will be applied to the first month's tuition. All enrollment forms and documentation must be completed at least 2 weeks before the start date. Please note that deposit and membership fees are non-refundable.
Tuition & Payments:
The YWCA processes invoices and automatic payments through our partner Brightwheel. Payment is required on the 1st of every month. It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to ensure billing and autopay are set up in Brightwheel at the time of registration. A credit/debit card or EFT (electronic fund transfer from your bank account) is required to set up payment through Brightwheel. A 2.75% processing fee applies to credit/debit card payments; no fee is charged for EFT.
Attendance & Refunds:
There are no refunds, credits, or discounts for absences due to illness, COVID, holidays, family vacations, inclement weather, or other causes. A 30-day written notice is required for withdrawal from the program; failure to provide notice will result in continued billing.
